4.1 Digital Service Providers (DSPs)

To distribute your content, we share necessary metadata, audio files, and artwork with the streaming platforms you select (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, TikTok, and others). Each DSP operates under its own privacy policy.

4.2 Service Providers

We use third-party services for authentication (Google OAuth), hosting (Vercel), database services (PostgreSQL), and payment processing. These providers only receive the minimum information necessary to perform their services.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
